Information you choose to provide

If you join The Research Letter, request property guidance, or contact the Guide, you may provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, general property context, timing, audience role, and message.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account information, access codes, or other highly sensitive information through the website.

How information is used

Information may be used to respond to a request, deliver an email subscription you affirmatively chose, operate and secure the website, understand in aggregate which Guide pages are useful, and comply with legal or professional obligations.

A property-guidance inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing email unless you separately select the email-signup option.

Website and campaign information

The site may record limited technical and referral information, such as the page visited, approximate visit source, campaign tags, device or browser information, and actions such as selecting a guide or submitting a form. Analytics are not intended to receive the contents of property-guidance fields, street addresses entered into forms, names, email addresses, or phone numbers.

Service providers

The website, analytics, and forms are hosted by Squarespace. Form notifications may be delivered through the business email services used by Lauren Renee Bennett and The Corcoran Group. These providers process information only as needed to provide the relevant service. The Guide does not sell personal information.

Retention

Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable security, recordkeeping, legal, or professional obligations.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information, email lauren.bennett@corcoran.com. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or professional obligations.

Brokerage communications

Submitting a website form does not create a brokerage or other professional relationship. Representation, if appropriate, requires a separate written agreement. If you are already represented, please say so and direct transaction-specific questions through the appropriate professional relationship.

Changes and contact
