Public research is assembled from official records and reconciled before inclusion. The Guide publishes aggregate patterns only when the record can support them; it does not publish exact addresses, owner or party data, parcel identifiers, transaction-level pins, address-to-house-type matches, property rankings or value predictions. Public records describe recorded events—not current condition, legal use or the value of a particular home.
